Merchandise Return Policy

All products may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund by method of payment or by credit to be applied toward an exchange. A refund can only be initiated after the customer provides receipt of the item being returned (i.e. tracking number for the return). The shipping cost for return items will be the customer’s burden.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable if shipped via your carrier or UPS/USPS/FEDEX, except in the event of a packing error.

Order Changes  if shipped via UPS/USPS/FEDEX

  • Orders canceled before 4 p.m. (PDT) on the day of the order, will receive a complete refund.
  • Orders canceled  after 4 p.m. will receive a full refund (less shipping).

Shipping Policy

  • All orders shipped directly UPS, USPS, FEDEX door to door.
  • Orders placed it anytime anywhere-Monday through Sunday.
  • Minimum order be $25.00 from total amount
  •  Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days

  • All orders are shipped with either a UPS, USPS or FEDEX tracking number. Please consult your order shipped email confirmation for this number and tracking information if shipped via UPS, USPS or FEDEX.
