“Haselnuss Ringer” are classic shortbread spritz cookies, (made by pushing dough through a cookie press to make fancy designs) with an extra boost of hazelnut flour and hazelnut cream.

This delightful snack is based on old Emsland (Lower Saxony) recipes and thus perfectly matches a strong cup of East Frisian tea. Or Bremen coffee, if you prefer.
